Bug Accelerator failing to start after latest windows update

    Just had a windows update, and now my instance will not start, even after attempting a reinstall

    Windows 11 Pro
    Version 22H2
    OS Build 22621.1344
    KB5022913 (OS Build 22621.1344)

    Seems to have been a folder permissions issue. I deleted prev pending cache and pending cache folders and it resolved itself.
