    I am suddenly seeing a unity.sceneLoad that is way way smaller than DAU. How is this possible? In the attached Image, I realize that the area between 11/4 and 11/5 is still processing and may change.

    But 11/3 should be the final values already, or not? These numbers don't make any sense at all to me.

    Something is definitely wrong here, and it's not just 11/3 that's affected. Every day since 11/3 is wrong, for all events it seems. The image I posted yesterday shows more than 10 unique users for unity.sceneLoad on 11/5. Well, if I look at it now, 11/5 only shows 2 unique users.

    I'm attaching another example. The gameLaunched event fires right after starting the game. Ever since 11/3 this stat shows incorrectly. Looking at the Raw Data I can verify that the numbers displayed here are way too low.

    @CG_Echtzeitschmiede

    We have discovered the underlying cause of the issue in our backend processing. We are currently backfilling the incorrect data. We have corrected up to Nov 5th. The process should be complete in the next 2-3 hours. We apologized for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

    The backfilling process is complete, so you should no longer see any discrepancies in your custom events.
