"Ability to download the missing editor" doesn't seem to actually be a feature?

The release notes for Hub 2.1 says:

"Ability to download the missing editor when opening a project (for projects created with Unity 2018.3+)"

But if I click a project with a missing version, I just get:

So did you actually make that feature, or?

    Hello @Baste ,
Thank you for your feedback. As a first iteration of that feature, we just support the latest official version of each major version (the ones available in the install tab of the hub). Since the latest one of 2018.4 is 2018.4.6f1, the "install" option won't show up. A future improvement in the scope of this feature is to add all Unity archive installs when we set the bindings between versions and changesets. It will be addressed as soon as possible.

But I was trying to open a project targeting 2018.4.6f1?

    Case 1178643

Now reproduced with 2018.4.7f1, so it's not a 2018.4.6f1 fluke
