Haha, my original inspiration was from the indie title "Trine". I have a tendency to compete with others at a high stake, with Trine 2 on its way, it will crush my game ): And thats my story... hehe, thanks for the kind comment.

I love the graphics and the settings. The controls are just too hard! I couldn't hold Shift, press D to move, while pressing V for magic, space to jump, and pressing W to climb up the wall all with the same hand!! I felt like I was learning how to play the guitar. My fingers don't move that way!!

I would also make this game wide-screen. I think it has great potential! Ty to think about how to interface with the game and with the controls. Try different ways of controlling your character to see what wroks. Maybe make a spell bar. You are a great game maker. Keep it up!!

I haven't touched iOS development, I don't think i'd be so great at it anyway :p

I wish I could, I like to keep all my projects sometimes I get back to them :p

Firstly, thanks for the kind comment, secondly, actually the game should be played using the arrow keys, and CTRL to attack (I actual put mouse button as attack by accident) that way you can run by holding shift at the same time, or press Z or CTRL to attack :)

The assets would cripple a iOS device, as they make my MacBook CH-CH-CH-CHUG! Also, that dynamic lightening flash would bring the framerate down to 30fps... per day. :D

    Cool looking assets, though.

Well, with that attitude for sure. You've got to be persistent if you want to achieve something :D

I completely agree, but I always move on to new things, I learn more that way, I'm in the middle of things right now.

Haven't played it but I suppose thats a compliment, thanks!

Looks really nice. Only crits are the Walk/Run animations seem very stiff and I would maybe brighten up the foreground a bit because my eye goes directly to the giant glowing moon.
