AB Testing shows to results

Hi there,

We've been trying to run our first live AB test using your system. We left the test running for about 5 days and can see that the proportion of people receiving the variable is as expected (25/75 in this case) via another BI system we use.

However, when ending the experiement on the web backend we see no results - the results area looks just like it did whilst we were running the experiment. Any ideas what is wrong?

Incidentally, why is it not possible to see running totals of the results while the experiement is running? Having to stop it to see results seems inconvenient.

 

We had a misconfigured server at the time which has since been addressed. Can you please try your experiments again?
