Audio AAC/webA audio stream playing

    I want to play AAC/weba streams (like youtube DASH) in my game (target -- android). But Unity doesn't have feature to play aac/weba, and by that, I'm seeking for help. Please, NO paid Asset Store plugins/paid plugins.
