In the preferences I have enabled the option as it said in the console
    diag-job-temp-memory-leak-validation
I was meant to restart the editor but now that project wont even open, am I missing something ?

I have history with Unity and plugins many times had to delete a plugin because the project were unusable afterwards.

Try deleting everything in your project folder but Assets and Project settings, then see what you need to deal with in Safe mode, fix it and give it a go.

I deleted the whole project, like I said it was quite a new project so it is easy to restart. Only this time I am going back to 2022 version. It seems better in some of the most important things to me where I need more stability.

You're missing that this is an alpha release. Alphas have an "a", betas have a "b", and stable is "f".

I know but even with the 2022LTS I'm having a lot of problems with that same error. The only version I haven't really gotten any or that was the stable 2021.

Which has pretty much none of the new features that I need.

Yet another post about how 2022, while marked LTS, certainly has a lot of (apparently) outstanding issues.

Our studio isn't touching it yet. We will have to soon so hopefully 2022 will be RLTS (Really LTS) by then.
