Neat, but how this is different/better than using the Mono "compiler as a service" feature? (http://blog.davidebbo.com/2012/02/quick-fun-with-monos-csharp-compiler-as.html)

C#Light can use for IOS and window phone,because it's a dynamic script language.and write by pure c#.
"compiler as a service" can't use for IOS and WP.
