A tool or a system to Bake with full CPU capabilities?

    As the title.
    I have a 25km of terrain with a bunch of trees and meshes that need to be NavMeshed, so I was wondering if there is a way in Unity or an utility that will Bake in Forground instead of using just few processor's threads.

    I would prefer to see my CPU/GPU at 100% and wait 2 hours, instead have unity free and wait for days.
