Question a sharp decrease from 60 fps to 30 and vice versa in the assembled game

    I use URP 2D, on the scene no more than 60 batches, no more than 1000 verts.
    At first everything is fine, I have 60 fps stable, but I do some actions in the game and I have batches become not 50, and 51 for example, that's it, begins to change sharply value of 30 and 60 fps. (The most interesting thing is that I will never have 32 fps or 58 fps, I always have either 60 or 30)
    This makes the game feel twitchy.

    I have searched all over the internet, but I never realized what the problem is.
