a good replacement for unity animator?

    hi.
    as you may know unity aniamtor has lots of shotcomings.
    - dependes on states of the graph
    - conlicated for characters with lots of aniamtions
    ....

    i hear these days that AAA studios have better tools instead of animator tree. tools more generic and faster to use.
    i need to know is there a better tool instead of using unity animator?
