So I am sure you get these questions a lot but now it is my turn to ask them lol I have a few

    1. I was told the graphics can't be up to "next gen" level with unity, is that true?

    2. is it hard to create open world?

    3. I was told the multiplayer networking was insanely hard to do compared to unreal or cry enginge. is that true?

Thank you very much for your time.

I'm guessing this is a troll post, since everyone knows you don't need to buy anything; just go to http://unity3d.com/download. But just in case:

    1. No.
    2. Maybe; depends on your abilities.
    3. Don't know.

Actually it is not a troll at all. I want to buy a subscription service so it can do what I need it to. I literally was told these things so before I spend tons of money on an engine I want to make sure it is capable of WHAT I need. I want Unity because the tutorial library is insanely extensive and the asset store is second to none.

but the question I asked plagued my buying decision

If I was you I would download the free version of unity. Try it out, if you like and need the things the paid version offers, then buy it. If you don't like it or don't think it's going to offer you the things you need, then don't buy it.
