A couple of scripts to handle OnSubmit and OnCancel

Hey folks

I threw these two scripts together in order to get my ui (which is either keyboard or gamepad driven), to handle submit and cancel events, mostly copied from the EventTrigger stuff which seems to be missing these two event types.
