[A bug maybe?] Custom Effect Sorting not applied in Scene View

    When using the Postprocess Stack V2, there's the option to sort custom postfx effects in the postprocess layer component. I've got an effect that relies on another one, so they have to be applied in a specific order.

    When changing the order, only the game view seems to have the correct order applied. The scene view still uses the old order apparently. I'm just asking out of curiosity, maybe there's something i have to check so that the scene view too has this custom order. (EDIT: Gonna combine both effects into one now, that should solve the problem. But I'm still curious tho. Also I'm still using Unity 2019, so it may be solved on newer versions.)
