Video 8K 360 Video Playback Windows 10

    Hi,
    I'm trying to get an 8K 360 video to playback on a standalone windows application. This article (https://unity3d.com/how-to/native-video-in-Unity) specifically mentions resolutions of 8K however I am struggling to find a format that provides a stable video. I am using a computer with a RTX 2060 GPU.

    I have tried using h.265 video and it stutters.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for how to play back this video?
