500 points/500 click for Reward video ?

Hi you !
This is first time for using Unity Ads. My app is not Game but it is Education app. The app has function "in-app purchase" for a few fee contents. But i want to help everybody who have time but not money to buy a few contents in the app. So, i put "Reward video" function to solve this issue. Every 500 clicks = 500 points for 1 content, i have very many contents for everybody click to get points . I can not understand all rules for "reward video" program. So, i want to ask that with "reward video" program, Can i offer any number of clicks for user or What rules do I need to follow for this to avoid violation contents for "reward video" program? Please you give me a advice . Thank you.
