5.6.0f3 - Crash when exiting app, out of memory, only affecting a device on Android 6.0.1

    Any updates if this patch will get backported to Unity 5.6?

    Yes, it will be backported to 5.6.5p1. This patch version was not released yet, but if everything goes well, it should be available next week.

    I don't see anything in the release notes for 5.6.5p1 or 5.6.5p2 that appears to be a fix for this. Is this still coming in a future 5.6 patch?

    The fix was backported to 5.6.5p1 as I've originally said. However due to the nature of the issue, it is very hard to reproduce and requires a very specific setup in order to be reproduced. Our QA did not manage to reproduce this issue in 5.6 even before the backported fix, so the fix could not have been verified in 5.6. Because of that the release management has decided to remove the line about this fix from the release notes. If you are able to reproduce this issue yourself, get the latest available patch for 5.6 and confirm the fix yourself :)
