5.5.0f1: direct download rate under 150 kB/s

    I'm reinstalling 5.5.0f1 and the download rate speed stalls at around 140 kB/s. Estimate time: 35 minutes. Generally it takes under 10 minutes for a complete install; today it's going to take hours...

    Please, could you fix this? Thank you.
