Desktop 5.4.0b17 Editor and External Tools

    In my Preferences>External Tools, I have Visual Studio 2015 selected as I have had before. When I open a script from the editor, it opens it in VS 2015 like it should but it also opens it up in Monodevelop. Monodevelop will error out trying to open the project. I assume its because it is locked by VS 2015. It shouldn't open up Monodevelop.

    When I installed 5.4.0b17, it kept the setting for VS 2015 and perhaps this is where the problems stems from. When I switched this setting to Monodevelop and then back to VS 2015 and tried again, Monodevelop did not open.

    EDIT:
    Seems to still happen when starting Unity for the first time or restarting/starting up the computer.
