Changes to the lights in 5.3 have caused an issue so that it currently is not possible to animate lights using the Legacy animation system. We are aware of this and working on a fix.

We will keep you all updated with the progress.

For me, it's not just lights. The Legacy animation system is now almost completely broken. Animating position works, but I can no longer animate rotation - on anything. There are a few major bugs that came with the latest update, which have brought both of my projects to a complete halt.

While you are fixing this can you also fix this???

The legacy animation system is much more useable to me than the generic mecanim rig for multiple reasons. The main one being that Mecanim has a 1frame delay when transitioning to a new animation no matter what you do, and its difficult to manage when the animator component updates in relation to your code. If these things were fixed I'd gladly move on, but for now the legacy animation component is ESSENTIAL for games like fighting games that require absolute frame precision.

I think having no-lag is essential for any kind of game.
