Seems they running late again, no beta or final this week..
Is that not in end of MAY? start of JUNE, maybe then 5.4 final!
Ah. . . i don't remember the exact date , just guessing.
i'm still waiting the fix for lightprobe anyway, they said it was for next patch/released ("they said")

v.:5.3.4p4 In my game, when uGUI interfaces are more than 20 panels: ~100 buttons, 10-15 lists and etc the process EventSystem.Update() is very heavy(20-30%). Parts of interface are disable but it's not affect.. ((
Think they forgot to publish it? still its a matter of QA work, we have 6 patches done and then up to QA testing before final build, regression. Maybe issue was found.

I am concerned with 5.3.5 ：）
One thing we have to remember is it's a fully quality assured/tested public point release, and there were SIX patches between 5.3.4 and this 5.3.5 release. If there is any failures they are probably going back to the devs and kneeing them in the stomach right now so that 5.3.5 will be ultra stable!
Atleast someone from team should give us insight about 5.3.5 release date so that we can plan accordingly.

We getting closer to 5.4 release and can see 5.3.6 being final before 5.4
How do we upgrade to 5.3.5? Searching for updates in the editor doesn't return anything. Must I uninstall 5.3.4 and install 5.3.5?
Hmm... 5.3.5 is no good for us - Crashes out if you try to create a prefab by dragging an object from the hierarchy in the editor. Back to 5.3.4f1 for me
Opening a project from within the editor doesn't work; it just closes the editor. The problem was already there in 5.3.4.
Dragging an object from the hierarchy to the prefab folder in the project window doesn't cause any crash for me.
Yep - I'm sure it would have been noticed if it was with everything! I expect it'll be something to do with the perforce source control integration built into the editor or some other combination of things I have enabled! All works with 5.3.4f1 anyway!
Does anyone know if 5.3.5 is the last update for 5.3? Is the next release going to be 5.4?
Nobody created a thread for 5.3.5 yet. I've already filed two bug, one of them wasn't reproductible by the support team; the second being related to weird error messages I get when I create new layouts and load existing ones. And I should file a third bug: error messages popping up when I play the game full screen in the editor...
Maybe 5.3.6 most likely if they stick to 6 patches, still waiting for patch release.
5.4 thought they may release Unite but not ready, still needs time..

It's been a week or so since 5.3.5 was released; still no update thread or anything? Sonuds like several people have had crashes; is the opinion currently that we should stick with 5.3.4?
5.3.5p2 just released! Downloaded it and unfortunately my game crashed a few seconds later after playing from the Editor. Not sure what the culprit is so going back to 5.3.5p1 to check if it was just me .
There really should be better announcements when final versions got live, and more pride!

There is no 5.3.5 threat, so I post this here...
the performance drop from 5.3.0 to 5.3.5 is huge....I get 60fps in 5.3.0 and 40 in 5.3.5 on exact the same scene, same layout same everything...what is going here?!?

I have two unity versions running...5.3.0 and 5.3.5.
If I open project in nr 1 I get 60fps...as soon as I open the project in 5.3.5 I get 40fps...
If I scroll through the list here...I notice that 5.3.5 is a bad version. :-(
Well the profiler would tell you where the difference is. Comparing version numbers does not mean anything if in theory there could be ie. a small api or shader change that requires developer actions. If not then it's something which should probably be bug reported.
Taking all the patch releases of 5.3.5, will there be a v5.3.6? We're currently waiting for it instead of jumping to the current stable 5.3.5. And since the Roadmap still shows the 5.3.X cycle as "in development", we wanted to ask first (would be good to have a new verson containing all the patches anyway).
Okay, already been asked a few comments above, my bad. An official answer to it would be good, though.

It's not just this. It's also when you change build settings, which is a total showstopper when you're releasing for multiple platforms. Unbelievable that this slipped through in testing.

I got 5.3.6 for OS X but have issues downloading with the assistant, so I worked around it by downloading the packages manually.

Can't we get an Announcement that 5.3.6 is the current version? I see some posts about some problems with 5.3.6 that might get more attention if they had an announcement thread or some central thread to go to. Just saying. I've held off on posting this because I thought it was coming.
Agreed i think long over are the days of lets wait a few weeks before annouce it! There more than one community admin here they need start getting on top of things
