Looking For Contributor 3D top down RPG

Hello,
I'm Dario and I'm from Italy and I live near Milan.
What I'm trying to do is creating a game similar to dungeon siege/NeverWinter Nights ecc. just to make you understand the general idea.
I started the project some years ago and left it in standby after some years.

From the programming point of view I think it's in a quite advanced state.

What I'm looking for is someone who likes creating characters and monsters, with a good fantasy and possibly even able to animate them... Basically someone who is capable with Blender or similar softwares. I would also like to see some creations.

The team is composed by me only atm. My aim is to make a team of max 5-6 people.
