Question 3D sound Min and Max.

    Hi.

    After some time I've worked out the Min value in the 3D sound, if you're within the Min you get the max volume.

    However.... The Max baffles me. My head says I should start hearing the sound just as I enter the Max. But I have to increase the Max about 30% before the graph shows my player (camera) in range of the volume curve or line. What? Why? I've coded these things before and Max is the max range at which the sound is heard, not an arbitrary value that appears to make no sense to your players position.

    Can someone please explain what this value is and what it actually does?

    @tclancey Somewhat counter-intuitively that isn't what max distance does - basically the sound starts to attenuate at the minimum distance as you say - and then goes on getting quieter with distance until max distance is reached - at which point it stops attenuating - staying at the same level no matter how much further away you get.
