Why is there not a 3d operating system? The 2d stuff could be rendered with a width of 1 increment. I understand OS are involving to hyperspace in themselves with one demanding application. Feedback? Im thinking on creating a game that uses tor networking and thats mt favorite idea I also have some game ideas and plug-ins if any 3d modeler wants to work with me or a programmer I am a fluent programmer and novice level designer and 3d modeler.

Could this be developed inside a uni-kernel?
    And how?

A 3D OS user interface has been done before, and it is just dumb and terrible. :p Did you forget the famous "It's a Unix system!" scene from the original Jurassic Park?

That's actually File System Navigator from IRIX, a Unix variant from Silicon Graphics. It wasn't just a fake mock up for the movie, but a real OS tool.

You mean something like 3d Desktop? That's about 16+ years old -.- I remember looking into it back then. However it's really very basic stuff and not really user friendly. It had a lot of basic features but poor application integration. It was essentially just a 3d world to hold shortcuts. To create a real 3d desktop environment you would need to actually bring render contexts of other applications into your 3d environment. If you really want to do that you're in for a long ride through tons of native code and OS interfacing. Creating a world like that and creating interaction with basic elements is trivial. However actually showing application windows as a 3d surface is the hardest part.

There were other projects like BumpTop 3d but it's also just a file browser / interaction tool and as far as i know also no longer supported.

I'm not sure why you bring up Unikernel. This is as far from Unity as it could be. Unity is a game engine in the first place and the engine core depends on the target platform you build for. If this is not a question about the Unity game engine it doesn't really belong here -.-

I'm not really sure what this post is actually about. I didn't really get the meaning of your "2d stuff" or "OS / hyperspace" sentence. Also why should anyone play games over the tor network? If you want to do that, that's already possible. Tor is just an implementation of an onion router. As long as your application can use a SOCKS proxy you could communicate over tor.
