3D object changes position to (0,0,0)

    When i add my 3D object (character) to the timeline and when i choose animation, he automaticaly goes to 0,0,0 I can only work with him on that position. When i place a simple 3D cube, it stays on the position where i set it in the scene mode and i work with it fine. This only happens with all of my characters, Each time i add them to timeline they change position and if i move them manualy, after i hit play they went back to the 0,0,0 again and starts animation from there. Is there a way to fix this?
