Holy cow, these models looks amazing.
But what is the polygon count (in triangles) ??
Because it looks very high poly. My suggestion is to always include polygon count (in triangles!) in every one of your model/screenshot so the client would be able to judge more accurately if they are suitable for their need (eg. mobile or desktop). Also don't forget to include texture dimensions too ( eg. 2048x2048 ).

Also, about the aesthetics of those models - I think the first model *maybe* too colorful - I don't think people wore blue denim like that back then. Check out these movies for better references :

Back to the Future Part III (1990)
    Unforgiven (1992)
    Tombstone (1993)
    Wyatt Earp (1994)
The Quick and the Dead (1995)

Majority of them showed people back then almost always wore clothes that were in brown/tan/dark color series. They rarely wore anything colorful (except "saloon girls").

Da Bawss - Levi Strauss was selling blue jeans from around 1850 during the California gold rush, though he didn't add the lined pockets and rivets until the 1870's.

I knew about that, but that's the contentious issue here, majority of the "modern" western (circa 1990s) almost never depict people wearing BLUE denim clothes. I would think the art directors of these films did their research and tried to depict them as realistically as possible. Perhaps blue wasn't a popular color back then, or perhaps it just wasn't fashionable. I have no idea, but from my point of view - having western style character with blue denim just look kinda out of place for me. Aesthetically, they are a bit too cartoonish, sort of like the westerns depicting cowboys and indians in the 60s or how little kids dress up as cowboys.

I think the reason we usually see westerns without blue jeans is because blue jeans are still popular today, and it wouldn't look "dated" enough for people. As for the models on this thread, I think they're top notch, blue jeans and all. :)

It's a great theory-- blue doesn't look old enough.

As for Levi Strauss's dungarees, I had to look it up.

    Impressive.
Really good looking and top quality models. These remind me of Red Dead Redemption a bit. :) How many people were involved in those models?
