i would like to make a simple application that loads a 3d object from a file ( Molekul file .pdb ...) and you can move around it with viewing it by a cardboard vr. and moving the head. Is it possible with Uniy3d ???

    thank you

With custom scripting for reading the pdb file and converting it into a displayable model of the Molekul, yes.

You should tread the reading / displaying molecule and getting the google cardboard integration working as separate problems. There will unlikely a ready to use project for you to download.

For the google cardboard support, you can download a package that contatains ready to use prefabs / scripts that make google cardbord support just work. https://developers.google.com/cardboard/unity/download

For the Molecule problem, good luck on your hunt to find a example reader. You probably have to write one yourself.
The procedural example asset should be a good start for generating meshes from scratch.
