I am new to Unity development, and want to make a game that looks like some games like my colony. I just like the camera perspective, and I want to make the game mobile, that is why i am choosing a 2d game instead of 3d. Does anyone know how to make the camera stay at that angle and pan with touch as well?
    Thanks

That's not a camera angle, it's just the way the textures are drawn. the camera is still top-down.

ok... but the grid seems to be angled as well... how do you do that?

maybe he means its perceptually angled? that would probably be perspective. switch to orthagonal?

Perspective Camera wont change anything in a 2d world, except if you rotate it in which case it has a really weird effect. Orthographic is used to capture a flat area, which 2D is. 2D in Unity is nothing other than a flat pane in a 3D world.

yes thats my point. I meant to say that perhaps he is in perspective mode and expecting orthagonal behaviour. It's pretty hard to understand what the OP is actually asking for though.
