3D Billboard Sprite clips through transparent Mesh

    Hello. I'm working on a 3DS game and would want some help getting rid of a problem.

    This is my game

    A 3rd person camera facing a 4 directional billboard wouldn't be much of a problem to handle, until going over to something like glass and the player sprite ends up behind the transparent mesh. At least when the camera goes up and faces down. Why does it do this and how can I stop it from continuing?


    I tried getting cutout sprites to work but I'm terrible at shaders. Meerjel01.
