why cant i give the walking dead name to my game??

 

It's already taken by several companies. AMC for the Tv show and Telltale Games for the game. Unless you want to get the game shut down or end up getting sued choose a new name.

 

Ok then. Ive chosen the name to be The Living Dead

 

You also need to make sure you do not use any copyrighted textures, logos, graphics- it seems you used a screencap straight from the Walking Dead intro. Google Images isn't a legal source for obtaining anything unless there's a qualifying license with the image that allows users to use in their works for free.
