360Degrees Game with 3D Effects

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie to Unity and thanks for taking the time to read this message.

I hope to come up with a game where users can just use their phones without the headset and can turn their device around to see different parts of the scene, like 360 degree videos in YouTube, but with enhanced 3d effects. May I know how I can use Unity to create this game?

and you could have any 3d objects in the scene, or 360 videoplayer too.
