360 video in Unity

I am making something with VR, where I have made scenes with 360 video, and now I need to create hotspots, so I can jump from scene to the next scene an so forth.

The video tutorials on youtube is not helping me one goddamn bit, and I need to make it without coding(I am not good at coding. I have just imported som scripts to the scenes.)

Can somebody help me, and tell me how I make hotspots in each scene so I can move forward? I have an exam next week, and my counsiler wont help me, and he just says, that I should watch the tutorials, but I have done that 1000 times now, and its not helping.
