Web Demo - Try before buying: https://sukhvinder-singh.github.io/LPC/
Note: This is a web demo and to make it smoothly run inside browsers, textures are downscaled 4 times, and some features are removed so it is able to run in most browsers. Original product will offer much better quality as textures will be loaded in full resolution.

    Updates in Version 2.0

-Completely revamped the roads and textures. Now there 43 road components that are extremely tileable, with new textures

-Do various permutations and combinations with tileable road components to make any kind of map as per your choice

-Various road markings with 2/4/5/6 lane roads

-Added Dynamic Street Components (Game-Ready) assets that are destructible and fully working with LOD, including working traffic lights, street lights, and other small components.

    -Trees are added with LOD

-New Scripts added (TimeTransition.cs) and FlyCamera script converted to C# from Js

    -Day/Night cycle added

-2 new SkyBox added with a new SkyBox shader

-Behind the scene optimizations are done

    -Tweaks and bugfixes were done

    -Compatiblity for multiple Unity versions

    This Package contains:

    - More than 85 Building Models with their own separate mesh and ready-made prefab.

    - Tilable blocks with ready-made prefab.

    - 5 materials with texture atlases

    - Normal maps, Specular Maps for Physically Based Shading by unity's standard shader.

    - Reflection map for buildings.

    - Emission map for buildings for night effect. (Just change the emission value in building's material inspector)

    - Low poly, so it is suitable for mobile.

    - Only uses 5 materials shared by many objects. Buildings share a large texture atlas. This means it can be batched and few draw calls (Less SetPass calls), increasing rendering performance.

    - One material per mesh

    - Different street objects like traffic light, street light and stop signs are present

Simple and neat building assets. The price also make sense. Nice works. I'm also remaking an update for my City pack to change the direction into Sim City like. You can take a look on my signature of that package. Looking forward to see some more details like rooftop, doors, gates, fences, signboard, air conditional, antenna and so on added to your works. Keep it up.;)

This is one of the most detailed City assets I have come across.

This asset is a very good VFM proposition.

The day/night effect is also very interesting.

If you add advertisement banners also, then the cityscape would look even better. otherwise it is a nice value for money asset.
