2D transparent shader on light

Hi guys,

I am writting this post, beacuse I have a small problem to fix. Generally all what I want to solve you can see in the film on youtube. I found a thread with a problem which is very similar to my, but in a little another way, so in tread sign show when light is on this sign, I need created shader which make transparent texture when light is on. Solution which is in the tread works only with another renderer pipeline, that is the reason why I can't use it.
I use Unity 2019.4, project 2D and Universal Renderer Pipeline.

I will be greatfull for any help.
