[QUOTE = "Muhammed172, mesaj: 5980022, üye: 5309975"] Çalışma yüzeyi boyutu iPhone / 8/7/6 olacak mı? ve Belge türü: Mobil Uygulama Tasarımı olacak mı [/ QUOTE]

Then will this setting remain selected?

Whoa there is a lot of misinformation going on here.
First, Illustrator is excellent for creating 2D graphics. Depending on the style and needs, it can far superior to using photoshop, because the art is resolution independent. It makes it easy to change the size and/or have multiple sizes.

Use the Asset export panel, group your asset and drop it in. You can change the export size, export multiple and set many options and contain complete modifiable UI or art in a single file, combined with symbols and styles, it makes new content and changes a breeze.

Second, your project is set to standalone, in the build settings, change it to the device you are targeting. It's not huge, but it will better reflect what you will see on device.

Third, Unity remote is not the same as building to device, it is streaming video to your phone, which is likely compressed if you have not changed the defaults. See the documentation here:
    https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/UnityRemote5.html
Specifically the section about editor settings.

But in the end, putting on device the usual way is the best to test, though very close, Editor view and Device view are going to be slightly different.
