2d tile base map

    hello everyone, i have created a map using tiles that is random on each run but i need some of the tiles to randomly come in a specific row and columns only mean for example if i have 3 row and 10 columns and want the a specific tiles to come in these rows

    i want to make the center of the map change every time some thing like the image i have drawn
