    Its entirely possible in Unity.

You don't want RPG tutorials though.
You will learn a whole lot more if you go through Unity's documentation and learn the software.

Then I'd advise creating a checklist of things that you need your game to do. Start with getting the player moving and work from there.

Even if you want to clone a certain kind of RPG, I'd advise that you don't use an RPG tutorial. The most important thing you can learn is how to teach yourself what you need, and the best way to do that is to read the engine documentation.

As far as finding another engine/language, if this is your first game (I'm going to assume that it is), you could do a lot worse than Unity. Unity is incredibly user friendly, as far as engine's go, especially considering how much it can do. But if you really want to make a simple 2D RPG, and this is your first foray into game development, I'd recommend Game Maker. (If it is considered a crime to put this on Unity forums, I'm sorry.) Unity is great, but for a first game it can seem overwhelming.

The other thing you mentioned was finding another language. I can tell you from personal experience that trying to build a game from scratch, on any language is going to do two things:
A.) It will impart to you a massive, truly staggering amount of information. You will understand what's going on in every facet of your game, everything from asset loading to the rendering engine to how your particular brand of per pixel collision detection works, something you wont if you use an engine.
B.) At the same time, it will make you never want to make a game again. I'm kidding, but it is a truly monumental task to undertake for a first attempt. I did and I feel I'm better off for it, but I wish I'd started by using an engine. I might actually have a game finished by now if I had.

Anyways, if you want a host of good resources, go here: http://www.pixelprospector.com/indie-resources/

    Hope this helps!
    Best,
    Peter

    Hey there,

first thank you so much for this good information!!!

Yes indeed its my "first" time want to create a game. But i think if its possible in unity i will do this in unity because the "logic" for programming i know a little (From website coding) maybe its not the same but i think it is better to know somethink then nothink.

If i can learn stuff for rpg reading the documentation i will do. Because the most docs of ther engie is creapy sh** and without an tutorial mostly youre cant start.

Ok i will go ahead for a checklist.

Also i try to create some pixelart bymyself like this:

Do i need other programm for level design or is it possible in unity?

And again thank you verry much!

    Best Regards.

Unity's drag and drop scene creation is pretty good for level design.

If you read the manual from the start, it will act as a perfectly competent tutorial on the engine.

    Good Luck!
