2D Renderer + VFX Graph

    When attempting to use VFX Graph in my project I found out that the particles dont render/are invisible when using the 2D Renderer in URP in Unity 2019.3, but work when using the standard forward renderer, I tried messing around with the shader that the VFX graph used but that didn't solve anything, I've tried to search for documentation of using VFX graph with 2D but I can't find any, are there any solutions to this? If not, will there be support of VFX Graph for 2D in the future?

    I would like info on this too as it looks incompatible with the 2D renderer. If I add another custom renderer it still does not work. But when I set the custom one as default it works and I can see particles, however this breaks the 2D lights :(

    metoo bro if you want to use the 2d lighting you need the urp render pipeline but in this way, the vfx graph not work i don know why too, maybe the vfx shader can't work in this pipeline? need some unity technoligy guy to give an answer

    I was interested as well but lost hope when I saw that the Lost Crypt (Unity's 2D Render Pipeline Playground) was using the standard particle system. This post, scroll to Cinematic and Particles. I'm sure it's coming though; we'll just have to see if it gets here before the pipeline comes out of experimental.

    The bug response was as follows:

    we were able to reproduce your issue and unfortunately, the Universal RP 2D Renderer does not have VFX support yet.

    Nothing else, no potential timeline. So I guess we just have to wait.
