Question 2D Physics pings character from walls

    Hi all, I have the main character and NPC's bouncing back off any obstructions they wander into, and sometimes flinging them up in to the air, what do I need to adjust in the 2D physics settings to lessen or stop this effect? I am using the Corgi engine but figure this is not the reason, although the character controllers are kinematic. Thank you for any help :)

    The physics system doesn't add forces to Kinematic bodies so it's a fault of the character controller or your scripts which will be producing the behaviour. There's no magic setting in the physics system that would stop it. You need to find what is adding the force or setting the velocity.
