    Hey all,

So years ago I write an IOS app only for the ipad called XP Tracker. This program was an aid to a Role Playing game called Role Master. It is a lot like Dungeons and Dragons, dice and so on which my friends and I still play today. The app was for tracking items, experience points, attack rolls and so on to aid the player in quicker gaming. I included photos to give you an idea of interfaces.

Anyway, a lot of people back then were disappointed it was only for the iPad and wanted an Android version, but didn't want to spend the time to develop and update 2 os version and most importantly also learn Java.

It dawned on my the other day I might be able to use Unity3D to make 1 version for 2 platforms. Would this be possible? It was quite ease creating buttons in Xcode, and buttons linked to methods. Are there any tutorials on areas that I can research for just creating a 2D menu interface with buttons? I am guessing it will me much more complicated but doable?

Any incite and links to this would be great, thanks!

This is definitely possible and should in fact be rather simple with unity's new GUI system. I would recommend checking out unity's UI tutorials as they are easy to follow and should cover most of the topics you will need for this kind of project. https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/user-interface-ui

Thanks for the link, I will start there. Sorry for the delay getting back to you, I ended up moving and took a while to get my machine up and running again.
