I am following this tutorial and I am using the newest build of unity 4.6.1.f1. so, I add the ground like he does around 5min. I create the box collider around the floor pieces. I then create the character, add the sprite renderer, add the rigidbody2d, add the circle collider2d and the box collider2d just like he does. I double check all settings. I then run it as he does in the tutorial and his guy lands on the ground but mine drops through like t here is no collision setup.

No idea what is going on, what he has done so far is not difficult to follow.

Any ideas what is happening? Something change with a newer version than 4.3 from the tutorial?

    Thank you.

No. Nothing has changed in Unity to make that tutorial useless, i did as he said and mine works just fine.

are you sure you added the rigidbody2d component and 2d colliders?

maybe you have add 3d collider instead 2d, or you have trigger enabled. Try just make new scene.
