You followed along with a tutorial to complete the example project, and you want to publish that as your work? Leaving aside the question of integrity, you may be able to get it published on Google Play, but it would likely be rejected by Apple. Although there are cases that slip through the cracks, they tend to be stricter with issues of quality and originality.

In any case, not knowing specifically what the nature of your game is, you would need to ensure your assets were mobile-optimized, translate the controls to touch screen input, and configure your publishing settings for the appropriate platforms. It's easy to find out how to do so.

So, cosmetic changes to a tutorial, but otherwise the same, right? Do you really think this needs to be published as its own game?

I get that you're excited to release something so you can ceremoniously check "Developed a game" off your achievement list, but this isn't the right way to do it.

if you really want to publish it publish it to free sites like itch.io, kongregate.com, or gamejolt.com
It is free to publish to them & they are pc based so you won't have to change any of the controls. As far as I know you actually have to pay to get your stuff onto the app stores.

Plus I agree with @Schneider21 , making minor cosmetic changes & publishing it as your own work has issues with how you will be perceived as a developer.

Add a unique feature, some twist that would make the original programmer say " I wish I'd thought of that!". Then it may be worthy of publishing. I don't think that the OP would have put it out as a tutorial if they didn't want you to be inspired, but contribute something original to the game before you call it your own by publishing.

I make tutorials. I'd have no problem with somebody publishing one directly, with no mods at all. After all, if I thought the game idea was a winner, I would have published it myself.

As a general rule places like the apple App Store have a base line rule around quality. They are unlikely to accept the app. The google play store is more lenient.

But for your first game, and just to get the publishing experience, something like Kongregate is better.
