2D Board game

Hello everybody,

I have for project to create a board game. I'm looking for some tutoriel ad information but i don't find anything relevant.
It seems board game aren't very popular on unity.
Does some of you have created a board game or have some informations to provide me?

It's a board game with 16 cases who can take 2 differents colors and differents values.

 

Still bit unclear maybe image would help, and description of what the player should do.

I don't know how describe the game. It's a 2 players games
There is a board game with 16 cases. Each turn player push a case.
If the case is empty the player take the control of the case and had one point on the case, the other can't play on. The goal is to have the more point at the end.
You can take the control of your opponent case by a mecanism of game.
