    Hi,

I've two questions about the Skeletal Animation: do I need the 2D IK package and do I have to create a separate scene? If so, is it possible to import the animations into the other scene or not?

Or which is the most effective way to animate drawings, sprite sheets or the Skeletal Animation?

For animating 2d Sprites, you probably need 2d animation package : Preparing and importing artwork | 2D Animation | 10.0.2 (unity3d.com)

This really depends on a number of factors.
Use Skeletal animation for any skinnable character or prop that require a few animations in the game.
Use Spritesheets for things such as animated particles, props that only has 1 or few animation etc..
