Question 2D Animation with pixel art...

    I'm trying to figure out how to go about this.

    I have 3 body parts: Body, Ears, and Tail. They all are under a parent object that has an animator. They also each have their own layer within the animator.

    Right now, they all have separate animation clips for each body part variant. With the way importing spritesheets works, i have to adjust the position in the animation clip for all the body parts so they can perfectly line up as they all animate at the same time during runtime.

    Unfortunately, it doesn't sync up well, and looks awkward. The only way I've found to get it to sync up is to include all body parts in the same animation clip. I want to avoid this so I don't have to create 50+ clips for all possible combinations with all the body part variants.

    How can I make it sync up when they're all slightly off?
