2D Animation - What Happened to Free Bones

    Using Unity 2019.3 and I just noticed that free bones are not here anymore. I'm really not sure if I can use main bones to connect a puppet style rig. What happened to the free bones and why do they no longer show up?

    Create Chain Bone and Create Free Bone was changed in Animation 2.0. Have you tried using Create Bone, Edit Bone, and Reparenting (in the Visibiliity Tab) in Animation 3.x to achieve what you want?

    I have not tried re-parenting the bones. How do I go about this? Click Edit bone >> Click on the bone I wish to re-parent?
