    Hey everyone,

apologies if this might be a basic question...1st post here...
I wanted to know if the following is possibly in Unity:
    • A single Project with:
      • 3D scene using Universal Render Pipleine Asset with 3D forward renderer( version 2020.2 -A.O. activated) -> acting as a main stage/ world where player would navigate to select stages
      • 2D scenes using Universal Render Pipleine Asset with 2D renderer -> acting as the main stages where player would play (similar to Crypt project)
I can imagine having separate 2D and 3D scenes would be possible - a scene manager would "switch" between them - but is it possible to have both Renderers? Would like to take advantage of the different lighting options for each.

Yes. Go do it first though. There are minor considerations involved regarding sorting and layering, all of which can easily be addressed once you have a) identified exactly what you are trying to do, b) identified the specific parts involved, and google around for how to get them to play well together.
