Bug 2023.1b3 The Volumetric Clouds has significant jitter in HDRP

    I created a new HDRP project and a new scene to test it, and found that the volume cloud had significant jitter when it was turned on.Both the scene and game views exist.It will not shake unless I create a plane or other object.

    The second issue：
    Unity 2023.1beta version compared to 2022LTS version，the editor's interface font is so fuzzy.

    I have the same issue, just create new project, add vol cloud, jitters are crazy...

    Hey, the jittering on volumetric clouds is known and a fix is underway. Thanks for reporting
