Question 2023.1.23 weird problem with fps in HDRP

    In 2023.1.14 my fps on the scene was ~100
    But after upgrade to 2023.1.23 it is locked about ~43-51fps in any situation even if scene is empty
    Something changed in hdrp assets settings?
    Cuz i use global volume to override some settings or it is some kind of background tasks or something else i need to Just wait for stable fps?
