Question 2021 Unity

Hello so me again with complaints!

So how come in the 2020 unit version u can build WebGL with post-processing enabled.., in this version unity has bugs that u cant build APK for android..

now i need to switch between 2 versions of unity to make my game... than i need to delete post processing in 2021 to be able to build WebGL ..

What i want to know is in which unity version everything works as it needs to ?
